My Pilates journey

After 12 years of strenuous work in hospitality, long distance trail running and high intensity interval workouts, my body started showing signs of wear. I really needed to change my approach to exercise so I decided to take up Pilates and yoga. I completely fell in love with the practices which created a desire to learn more.
