Growing up, I watched both of my parents, dedicated nurses, struggle with chronic back pain. Despite their unwavering commitment to helping others, they were often sidelined by their own discomfort, relying heavily on painkillers to get through the day. Witnessing their pain and the limitations it imposed on their lives deeply affected me. I knew there had to be a better way to manage and alleviate their suffering.

Discovering Movement as Medicine

My quest for a holistic approach to health led me to the transformative world of Pilates. I discovered that mindful movement could be a powerful tool for healing and strengthening the body. As I delved deeper into Pilates, I realized that this practice could offer relief not just for my parents, but for anyone struggling with pain and seeking a more balanced, healthy life.
