Join us for our next holistic wellbeing event – ReNuU. Indulge in an energising journey of self-care as we explore various avenues to nourish and rejuvenate your mind and body. This transformational event will guide you towards embracing new physical and mental approaches to kickstart the new you.

The perfect morning routine

Learn how to build your morning routine using the latest techniques including mindfulness & meditation, circadian rhythms, lymphatic drainage, brain training & Nourishment that will set you on the path to a brilliant productive day filled with energy, clarity and mental resilience.

Goals for Health, Wellbeing and Happiness

In this session you will learn how to set and achieve life goals that will lead you towards improved health, wellbeing and happiness. You will discover the equation for happiness and how this can help you to live a content and fulfilled life.

Mindfulness Techniques for a Good Night’s Sleep

You will learn breathing techniques and a mindful ‘body scan’ method that can help you fall asleep or get back to sleep if you’ve woken in the night and lead to you feeling more refreshed and energised the next day.

Somatic movement

A delicious, nourishing somatic movement session to help you connect with your body followed by deep relaxation.

Relax and Recover

The day concludes with a wonderful deep relaxation experience that will decrease the stress effects on your mind and body and leave you feeling calm and stress free.

Zoe is an experienced Pilates teacher and Personal Trainer focusing on techniques of strengthening and mobility with the flexibility and mindfulness aspects of Yoga. Both concentrate on breathwork to connect mind and spirit to the body.

Bob has over 30 years of experience as a business manager andlife coach and over 25 years of experience as a qualified practitioner of Eriksonian Hypnosis, Psychotherapy and NLP. He now works as a life coach with a focus on sleep, relaxation, creative visualisation and helping people achieve their goals.
