Ever since the pandemic i have really zoned in on immune health after being taken out by covid myself quite badly on three occasions. You never really realise terrible being poorly is until it smacks you right in the face! I now am aware that maintaining a strong immune system is more important than anything, especially when you are employed by yourself!
I have been drinking hot lemon and ginger water every morning for about a year but i recently discovered hot lemon ginger and honey Juice! Itโs is now a staple of my routine. This invigorating drink not only warms the soul but also packs a punch of health benefits.

1-2L boiling filtered water
